  • Giving regular, non-badged members abilities to use custom titles would be very hard to monitor since we have THOUSANDS of regular users, whereas we have a smaller pool of badged users that's slightly easier to monitor. Regular users could potentially use their custom titles to troll others and all sorts of other nonsense, which can be quite pesky and troublesome for the administration to deal with. Badged users get the privilege to use them since they prove they are responsible and mature by contributing work and showing they can handle the privileges badged users receives (such as custom titles!)

    That works then. My main problem with the other delays was that to me, it looked like Eontimer was cutting too close to the continue screen, hence why I stuck with some of the higher ones like 535.

    Target sec is 1, Calibrated Delay is 490, and Calibrated Sec is 14.
    This may sound odd, but what's exactly wrong with hitting a different listed delay?

    I'm calling Elm, showed him Togepi, did the Pokerus thing, visited Kanto and have killed all Roamers. I put 99 in delays and 1 in the seconds. I used Chatots to advance the frame, I think the delay I've hit most often was 535.
