I think I know how we can create more successful RPG's in the Free RPG instead of just having a bunch of smaller one's that all seem to end up dying prematurly

To your question in the Classic Pokemon RPG, you can catch a Magnemite there, but first you have to defeat the Hillyard Gym. (The path will be blocked to those who do not have both badges)
