14 seems like a much more doable frame. Keep in mind it might require lots of trial and error to get the NPCs to advance to your target frame. You might have to resave a lot (when you resave the NPCs change their starting position so they'll advance differently the next time you hit your seed). Any other questions? :o

A frame in the 300s will be extremely annoying to hit. Idk if I would try it :P
Try searching for the same spread but with a higher delay. That might get the frame lower, and the PID will be the same so it'll still be shiny.
