Why free? Because I personally rng all my pokemon. Only accept pokes from others if its a event but I give pokemon to trustworthy people randomly

It's harder than BW Breeding but it's still not that hard at all. If you have a way to get Chansey onto your Emerald cart and breed it (you have to trade from FRLG to get Chansey on Emerald D: ) I think you should go for it!
In DP, starter abuse is easy because there's no NPC to advance your frame so if you find a seed that has a target frame of 1, then you just have to hit your delay. However, in Pt it's harder because there is an NPC and you'll have to kind of do trial and error to see what frame the NPC advances to most often.
