When you build a computer yourself (which is easier than assembling Ikea furniture, btw), the costs go WAAY down, which means you can spend more on higher-end parts. But it's kinda ridiculous that something like PO would *need* a powerful computer, considering web servers tend to be far less powerful and support many more people actively using them.
