I use Wichu's PokeRNG program which gives me method 1 seeds and I usually enter a range of 480 through 3500 and calibrate for desired delay before doing the RNGing.
hey.... what time did you use for Ho-oh? (just hour is needed).... it seems the bottom left button only works like 1/2 of the time....

I think it would be easier to play using the gc controller. It makes things easier lol. BTW Mega Crush is like "Barrier Burst" in BlazBlue. I think it makes your defense lower in exchange for higher attack power.

when RNGing Ho-oh.... did you check your seed by catching a poke? and did taking a step onto the ladder add any frames?
Lol. Zero's the only character I know too. I've seen the others in battle but I still prefer zero over him bcus PRO! lol Don't worry I need all the training I could get too. Maybe when I get it for my wii, we could battle each other over wifi xD -
