    So I'm using Pokegen and speaking of the PID, I can only choose the ones that are only in numbers (e.g. 48723542 and not 68472C04)? Because it doesn't accept letters (which you pretty much mentioned, I think).

    (The PID of 68472C04 is what I'm pretty much going after for a shiny jolly Deoxys.)
    My OT in the Japanese game is "Henry" but in the bigger letters that appear in Japanese games. Is that ok?
    Was able to get it to work.

    One last queston. I got a Timid spread on Japanese Emerald for Mew. I was wondering if it's OK to use that same save file on an English ROM to catch Deoxys, so that it's English. Or should both be caught in Japanese?

    Interesting. I'll give it a shot. I was running tests of wild encounters starting with picking a starter, but I'm unable to match the exact IV's to the RNG Reporter for some reason (I used Method 2 for Zigzagoon...I thought I didn't need a seed for it, since the Smogon guide didn't mention anything about it). Later went on tall grass to encounter another Zigzagoon and still got no matched results...hmmm... Relied on Method 2 once more on this part.

    As for Pokegen, I need to download that, which I'll do right now.

    Alrighty, got it. According to the graph, I'm assuming Custom1 displays the possible SID. I'm still trying to figure what IV's go along with it, but I have no clue on it, yet. Maybe it has something to do with Custom2-Custom7?

    And yeah, it should be the default one.

    Speaking of the Researcher, do I use the LCRNG as the "Common RNG"? I also set the Custom1 to 16BitHigh with "/" (didn't check Hex).

    Also, about the RAM watch I set it as 0x03005D80, set Data Type to "Signed" and set the Data Size to "1 byte". Is this right?
    How can I transfer from Gen 3 to Gen 4? I used Desume and tried to Pal Park but when I selected the 6 Pokemon and it tries to Save, it fails.

    Oh, ok. Good enough. I'll see what I can do. Seems complicating, but hopefully I can get the hang of it. I'll just copy and paste what you said for reference. If I do have any questions, I'll come up to you. Thanks!

    Oh, hm. I have it on emulator, so I should be set. Only problem is I can't find a single guide on it anywhere, so I thought you'd probably know more. After I noticed other people's shiny Deoxys, this pretty much tempted me to catch one of my own.

    Is it possible to send the guide via e-mail or something?

    Hm, thought I'd ask you here, but I can't seem to find much information on how to SID abuse in Emerald (but I know for a fact that you can't abuse ID's unless it's R/S). Is there any program or particular site where I can acquire information on this?
    That would be really great! 5th Gen or 4th Gen? (4th would be easier because I wouldn't need to trans my Scyther)

    Also, do you happen to know how to SID abuse a 4th Gen game? I'm trying to and it's a bit hard!

    I actually haven't bred/Pal Parked it yet, since I'm still trying to get a shiny egg L (the last time I bred in Emerald, that is). Move modded Whirlwind onto a Fearow, although I just realized it can't learn it...
    Yes, I guess I did ask for a hacked growlithe.
    I wasn't sure of any other way to get a male growlithe with the ability Flash Fire and the moves Flare Blitz and Crunch.
    I guess I could've requested for a pair of growlithes with both Flare Blitz and Crunch and breed them myself.
    The thing is, I don't have anything to offer.. would someone really go out of their way to give me a pair of growlithes? I question that.
