I can't find your Timburr on the GTS... Are you sure you typed in "Nidoran♀" (you will need to go into the special characters to get the ♀ symbol, otherwise it won't show up on the GTS when I search for your Timburr).

You have a cart with OT: Chicken right? If the scrap didn't originate from your game it won't give your TSV but the originator of OT: Chicken's TSV.
OT: Chicken's TSV is: 0170 (if that's one of your carts)
