Oh wow, I'll have to be on the lookout then. I have a Japanese cart that never sees use because I have like no idea how to rng with it properly (memorizing windows and such).
Oh, so when a Wonder Card is leaked, then anyone with a Japanese game can download them, and get an essentially legit wonder card?
