I would really appreciate if you make a new thread for ranks in TRC Science. Make them however you want, it will proabably be better than mine.

There is nothing wrong with quanity, it makes great cannonfodder.
You are doing that. Butr one of the most important and crucial things is making sure they are loyal and active members. Excellent job. Feel free to excercise the power you have in TRC. You dont really need my approval for everything you do. Just Post in TRC of how things are doing rather than VMing me.
