the Raiders definitely have a chance against the Chargers. The Bolts won't have a run game, so they'll rely solely on Phillip Rivers' arms. If he's 2010 and prior Rivers, they should win. If he's 2011 Rivers, it could get ugly.

I thought Palmer would take a step forward this season, but I'm not so sure anymore. DMC should give the Raiders a chance regardless of how well Rivers plays.

I don't hate him as a player, I hate him out of principle.

1. He played for Auburn, a team I hate (SEC rival and such)
2. The big pay to play controversy and shit in college
3. I thought he'd be a bust and he proved me wrong... instant hatred >:( (kidding)
4. He's kind of a dick... did you see the video where they announced Megatron over him as the madden cover athlete? Some confidence is alright, but Cam has the biggest head I've seen on a QB in a while. All the great ones are usually mellow, except Rodgers (who is also kind of a dick)

It's kind of a begrudging hate that I've reserved for a few guys that are incredibly fun to watch yet I feel obligated to hate (ie Brees, Brady, CJ2K, etc) for various reasons... it's not the kind of hate like hoping they get injured or do poorly or anything!
