I just got the modest chinchou, so now ima breed it with LF's modest ditto for IVs, then breed agility / hydro pump onto it. Then I'll probably get onto EVing what I have to EV :)

Uhm, I assume u meant SID/ID (not PID). For breeds, no. For Shiny legendaries, yes.
Just 252 Attack EV's on Starly and then I am done (I can finish tonight).
Never mind I just looked again. It's going to be Timid, and i added on Giga Drain as an Egg Move. Now I've just got to RNG her and It will be done. I'm not that great at RNG so it may take me a couple days from here.
