  • I have a suggestion for a metagame: Arceus Cup! The rules are simple: your team has to consist of 6 different Arceus formes. The only limitation is no Double Team (I'm not sure if it's really necessary though, since Arceus learns Perish Song which is a must in this metagame and Arceus has a 4MSS). I'm curious to see how it would turn out.

    Ugh not gunna lie I totally forgot about moody.. I'll bring it up with OU mods I guess but it so just turns games into big gambles. Plus Baton Pass Moody Smeargle would be allowed. At the moment I'm leaning to still not allowing it. Its just that lame

    Oh, I see. I love triples so much, but almost nobody wants to do them on Smogon. I dislike VGC because original strategies don't seem to work very well in that anymore; if you're not running a standard team, you pretty much lose. (Not always) However, in singles and triples, original strategies seem to work fairly well.

    hmm lets see if i can convince you then ~

    first of all PU differs from every other OM because its usage based, like every official tier (well from ou to nu). pu also has one of the biggest threads in the forum, as well as active projects such as tourneys, keirans CCAT thread, and really, in #neverused we like to discuss pu a lot as well. i mean sure there's nothing against talking about it in #othermetas, but we've had some good discussion going on in #pu (combusken :O) and its a pretty social chan as well.

    that said im sorry i posted about it, i never read that part about no splinterchans

    Hello articblast, it is nice to meet you. How exactly do you use Pokemon showdown? And why use that instead of wifi? I would like to get into competitive battling but I have no idea where to start .
