I'm sorry but that's impossible. You can only transfer from 3rd gen to 4th but not the other way around.

Apparently I was completely brilliant (read: tired) and when training the SpAtk EV's I didn't have power lens equipped so the 25 gastlys I faced only gave me 50 EVs instead of the 250 I was hoping for. Can we trade Wednesday morning (my time) instead?

It's impossible, and even if it would be possible, it's illegal.
It's the same as catching a Mewtwo in HG/SS and mimic glitch Selfdestruct on it.
