I gave 10 proteins, 10 carbons, then defeated a trainer with 6 magikarps, twice, using poweranklet + pokerus.
After that, I chained 15 shinxs with powerbracer + pokerus and one without.
I won a tentacruel with just pokerus.
Finally, I won 3 starlies with poweranklet + pokerus, and one with just pokerus.

That was my plan. This is what I did. I will give you your pokemon back, don't worry.
The only place where I may got it wrong was when I attached the power items. I attached the power items to my crobat + the taillow only had exp share and pokerus.
Accidentally, I may miss out giving an item in an occasion, which I don't remember.
It's a shame, because I tried to do it perfectly.

i think its possible for me to trade with emerald to my leaf green as i have two gameboy advance and gameboy advance sp and i have pokemon leaf green/pokemon fire red/emerald/ruby/sapphire
