    excuse me i own the server at kiwi.psim.us and we were down for a few months the domain still works however we are not in th server list on the main website. do we need to reregister or is there an update time longer than a few hours for the list

    Hello.

    I know that you are busy with working on the servers of Pokemon Showdown! and I don't mean to bother you, but I was suggested to contact a Server Admin with the issue when they were online, should it persist. The problem; I can no longer log into my with my password. If I may request it, could I get a password reset on my account?

    You might want to try a different server admin, such as Haunter.

    Heya, Zarel. I'm wondering if this is just an issue with me or if I'm unlucky with timing, but for the last couple days, the ladder hasn't been working for me. It'll give me a message about something being corrupt, or something about a key, and even though it's working for me now, would just like to know what's up.

    We've had some serious database load issues over the past few days, but I bought a new server and that seems to have fixed it.

    Zarel, for the past few days PS! has been saying that the login server is on heavy load, and when it's not on heavy load it says my password is wrong! ALL THE TIME! Heeelp meee!

    Hello Zarel. I'm not sure if it's the login servers being on heavy load but I've tried logging into my PS username multiple times and entered my password and it said it was wrong, and I've been using that exact password since my first alt was reg'd in August. Pls help

    Login server seems fine to me... Maybe something's wrong with your internet connection? Try running a virus scan.

    There may have been database corruption issues recently. If you still can't log in, just ask and I can reset your password for you.

    You can't reset non-suspect/current ladders any more? When was that decision made?

    If it was because what I was saying a few months ago about "no resets = greater stats accuracy" then forget that--turns out ladders converge plenty quickly. The issue with accuracy was the 350/130 RD thing.

    Well, I've always been a proponent of resetting ladders as rarely as possible. That was always PS policy.

    I'm just saying, a suspect test isn't sufficient reason to reset a ladder, to me.

    I was wondering if you could add a sort button on the team builder function?
    That was you can sort the pokemon in the tier for the highest speed, highest attack etc

    Hey Zarel. I kiinda need some help. Apparently, my password for PS doesn't even work atm. And, I'm on my alt, but the info of my alts are pretty much gone. It's like my alt, and my main account are separate accounts. Doing /nick doesn't work either. So I was wondering if you could reset my password. My PS main account is the same as my smogon name: Meteordash. I really hope you can help.
