It says in the set details: ''An alternative EV spread is 188 HP / 252 SpA / 68 Spe, which allows Blastoise to outspeed defensive Rotom-W''. This is wrong, Rotom-W runs 44 speed EV's too outspeed Jolly max speed Azumarill.

I saw ginganinja saying "I'm not 100% sure if the 4 speed EVs counts as speed creep or not so ill check with PKGaming but everything else looks ok." why did she say that she was checking if it counted as speed creep? are you not allowed to put it on analysis (plural) or something?

PK, a point to be made for Kingdra is that if they wanted a powerful late-game kingdra sweeper that's fast, then they would use the rain dance set over an agility + focus energy set; kingdra very rarely finds opportunities to set up both
