I applied but forgot all about it lol, the frist time my tutor quit, and the second time i lost interest in rating. imo it's not all that helpful, and I think better rates come with more battling experience but that's me.

Yea...he has retired =/. He used to still hang around on bld chat a bit and he is still in CPC so he still goes on Sppf, but only occasionally.
