If you need a legit, EV trainer, i reccommend .:Thomas:. . I gave him about 5 pokemon to train and he finished them overnight. He PP Maxes, trains them so that they will be EVed at the lowest level possible. 5 stars for him.

Ok, so assuming you aren't using an AR, this is how it works:
The box for Cailbrated Delay is what you normally get when doing RNG.
In your case it's 598 :P
Wanted Delay is the delay you want to hit, usually the higher ones.
Calibrated second is the second you get normally and wanted second is the second you want to hit.
Put all that in then push Create Timer.
You're gonna get numbers in the two boxes for first and second timer.
PikaTimer lags like a mofo, so just use emloop.
Put the first timer number from PikaTimer in the top box on the right from the button that starts the timer (Sorry if that doesn't make sense :P)
Then put your second timer number from PikaTimer into the box directly above the start button.
Now open up your time and change the time to however many minutes before the time you need to hit.
PikaTimer tells you how many minutes before you need; it's the box that says "Minutes Before Target"
