    Yeah man, Soul Silver is amazingly easy to RNG, for legends and for breeding. Anyway, sorry about the other day, my head was on the clouds, and I said something dumb. I'll help you RNG some of those days when we are both online.
    Yep, I've had some friends try different scenarios with their routers as well but no results. Personally, I don't want to change the fireware to something I'm unaware of.

    Dialga can run a variety of viable sets. I like the RestTalk/Bulk Up set, but you should check its analysis and see what tickles your fancy.
    Interesting...Never heard about changing the fireware. Have you personally tried this?
    Already googled and probably visited the all of the 5 pages of sites and did everything each one asked, including that site.
    The firmware is up to date :) The Model number is F5D7234-4 V5. It's a Belkin G Wireless Router.
    Yes I do, although I don't think anything can be done to fix it. I am currently using the neighbor's wifi and all I've been getting are dumb suggestions that I've already tried a million times. But anyway, had any ideas? :x
    Damn. That is harsh. I really wish I could help you more, but I got to the limits of help I can give you. All the info should have gotten you somewhere now, but maybe there is something keeping you from hitting your delays.
