Hey Expert Evan, I have a question for you. As being a Smogon Moderator, where would be an appropriate place to start a discussion on what is considered "legal", and what is not "legal". More specificly, there has been some recent conflict on the matter of the Pomeg Berry Glitch being acceptable in Little Cup play, yet the Mimic Glitch being disallowed. Is there any place or procedure I could take to start a discussion or get a clear cut answer on this issue?

I have a trade thread that died in late May, as exams rolled around, before even reaching page two. As I can now actually keep track of my trade thread, would I be allowed to use that thread and simply post in it (I'm not the last poster, but the thread itself would be considered old at this point), or would I need to make the thread again from the beginning and thus have to redo all of the formatting and such?
