    im terrible, but I think like 6.5 cause the stall matchup or any bulky team matchup seems terrible it has almost all temporary items.

    Lots of super inconsistent pokemon, specs thundurus is too slow and frail to fit, team hates Cinderace, and you have no answer for stall. Might cheese some people but the team seems random and has a lot of sweepers that are just bad imo. 4.5/10

    Personally, I'd use a Comfey with a defensive tera type like Steel or Poison, and go Synthesis or Taunt over Tera Blast. Honestly the team looks pretty solid overall, I just don't think Gterrain HO is that great of an archetype

    My thoughts on the Tera ground is that it is good into every fairy resist. However I suppose a stored power with decent setup could deal with them anyways. I’ll try synthesis over Tera blast, ty!
    Hey pinkacross, I was wondering what would be the best use of uxie in ou (if it's even at all viable) it seems like it could be a similar pivot, albeit not even close to as good as glowking but with future sight and u-turn do you think it could possibly fit in to a similar role to glowking on some teams? Thanks for any help or advice you do give!

    I honestly think Uxie is completely unusable. It can be used as a Stealth Rock pivot but there are much better options. You could also use a Physdef sweeping set, I'd recommend Tera Poison Leftovers, max physdef with CM draining kiss stored power and Encore. It does beat Kingambit which is pretty funny, since if the Gambit tries to SD you can encore it

    Hello,

    I'm looking for help with this team. The original idea was to use a bulky spiker with no recovery like Ting-Lu or Garchomp paired with Alomomola. I also wanted to ignore opposing hazard setters so I made this a boots spam and I added Clefable to absorb Knock-Off. That's when I realized I could have two Wish users. This became the gimmick of the team. I'm open to any suggestions but I think the idea of double wish is funny so I'd really like to keep the core of two Wish users plus a bulky hazard setter that...

    I think Mamo hstack, and this set specifically, is very much viable. I honestly really like the team as well. My main advice would be making the pult darts (for the stall MU) and changing the Clefable to a different set, probably Sticky Barb. Double Wish isn't really needed, and Alo is a MUCH better passer.

    I would avoid Hydreigon in general, I don't think it's a great pokemon. Volcarona and Ghold are both very solid though, probably you could fit the two of them on an offensive hazard stack team in ND OU.

    No, Glowking on webs isn't a great idea. Try changing Hamurott to an SD set with Aqua Jet for Cinderace.

    Hey Pinka! Wanted to justify using Electrode Hisui, and ended up putting this thing together. Was grinding OU and it’s been preforming really well. I think it’s an offense but not really sure, regardless can you point out any egregious weaknesses it may have, as well as its validity?

    SD Gliscor and ground types in general concern me quite a bit. Even a defensive Landorus threatens this team big-time. As for the Electrode itself, I'd recommend removing Speed so you only outspeed pult and put some EVs in HP. Also, Leaf Storm is probably better than Chloroblast.

    You can't get rid of 'em (especially Gliscor), you need a switch-in. Perhaps try Corviknight over Hoodra.

    I've been trying to put together a team that could make Infernape decent in OU. I've tried various things, but what I've settled on is this: the VHS (Veil Hazard Stack).

    The idea was to make a hyper-offense team that could support Infernape's frailty with veil and then use TankChomp to set up hazards Goltres also uses Veil and tends to be my late-game win condition.

    Hey, back for like the billionth time; you’ve just been such a nice help. I conveniently was getting into natdex a couple days before you started but I can’t seem to get the hang of it- I’m consistently top 150 now in gen 9 OU but I can’t maintain a steady Elo in Natdex. It is as wild as 1450 to 1700. How do I fix this?

    I can't really give specific advice without seeing a replay or a team-- there are a lot of reasons you might not be performing as you want.

    Yo Pinka! I was throwing together all of my fav Gen 9 OU mons (Cos y'know why not), and made this complete and utter monstrosity. It's actually been working really well, and I haven't lost yet.     Archetype is offense. Honestly not a huge fan of this team, you have a TON of tera-hogs. I'd say my biggest concern is your Kyurem MU, easiest way to fix that is to slap on an Iron Crown somewhere. Nice Lokix nickname too lol

    I'd go Sucker Punch on Cinderace instead of HJK since your team isn't so fast, might be crucial against Darkrai / RM post-tera. Your hazard stack matchup is going to be tough but Crown helps. I'd personally go PsyNoise over Fblast, helps a lot against stall and Focus Blast kinda sucks anyway.

    Hello Pinkacross, there is currently an ongoing Tera suspect in NDOU and I would like to hear your thoughts on who the big winners and losers you think might be. Weavile stocks go to the moon and Iron Moth becomes completely unusable I believe. Also I believe Mega Sceptile may unironically have sauce if you want to do a building stream with it, kind of like a special Mlop.

    Mega Sceptile does sound fun! Might give it a try. As for NDOU, I don't really know enough about the meta to say for sure who the winners and losers would be.

    Hey Pinkacross! Heard that you were talking about hail/snow. Moves and abilities like blizzard/slush rush act the same in both weathers. Hail does damage, while snow increases the defense stat by 50%. Funnily, Eiscue's Ice Face ability is restored in both weathers. This makes for a pretty mean stall strategy to stop most physical attackers.

    On that note, here's a team for you to try out.

    Not bad at all, this looks pretty solid. My main concern is your stall MU, I don't see how your team is ever going to break a stall. An Ice Beam Glowking paired with Harcanine can shut down stall pretty well though, perhaps try Glowking over Prim, then go AV Tusk and Sucker on Meow to patch up the Dragapult weakness.

    Yea sub sets could be quite problematic here. Perhaps consider Treads instead of Heatran, this will help against Kyurem leads.

    Hi pink. I've just recently come back to the tier after a 6 month long break. I wanted to try using iron hands, and this build took me to the 1700s. My concerns is that I have no hazards (do I need them?) and I am not sure about the stall MU as I haven't run into it yet. Do you have any suggestions?

    I originally had lando over tusk, but felt like hazard stack was horrible for the team with 4 spike weak mons.

    It does feel hard to fill every single hole. My only non-tera fire resist is moltres, which can't really do anything against moth. I also really wish I could fit u-turn on wogerpon, but that would leave me without any sort of knocker.

    Roar Moltres is a good option if you're struggling with HO. Team looks pretty solid overall. As for Oger, you could try U-turn over Encore but yea that is a lot to give up.

    "if X type attack ,switch to Y type mon to try to be inmune or resistant " is there any videos where this specific setup or team are played ? my elo is 1099 ou, 1312 randombattles if that even matters, end of the line I keep getting sweeped by 1 -2 mons , I don't understand why no one on the team has hazard clean or unaware mons (keep getting sweeped by stat.boosted mons).

    Nothing on this team has removal because hazard stack teams are designed to be resilient enough to hazards that they don't need to ever remove them from the field. Given the ELO you're at, I would honestly just recommend playing more games with simpler teams and getting a better grasp on battling mechanics before trying to understand deeper strategy.

    My main concern is your stall matchup. I can't see your team breaking stall, your Heatran will get Flip Turned on by Alomomola and nothing else even has a chance. You could try a more offensive Tera Blast Grass Heatran, but this would open your team up on the special side... perhaps AV Tusk could help patch this up.
