It got max happy through the EV training, and then I rare candied it to evolve.

Don't worry, its legit. And idunno if they are 508 or 510 EVs trained in total, probably different for them all, but yeah. BTW I only trained 1 Pichu then cloned it and evolved if, I assume that's okay..?
