3) Set date to 1/1/2011
4)Set time to 23:23:00 PM
5) start game @ 23:23:59 exactly
6) recieve gift, second poke should be timid 27/8/30/27/31/31 hp ice 68

Try this:
1)Catch any pokemon
2)set ds date to 10/25/2031
3)set ds time to 2:13:00 Am
4)Shut your DS off then turn it back off and watch the clock.
5)Start your game at exactly 2:13:59 Am
6) go to the pokewalker menu, and recieve the pokemon. It should be Brave 29/30/30/0/30/1

Hmm, well you can't really compare Blissey to Miltank, as they're not even in the same mold. Miltank has it's own charms, one of which Blissey would adore having, namely the base 105 defense, and in some cases, thick fat. Tbh despite the extra trouble for getting Clefable, it still is superior to Miltank in the "I wanna be a Blissey" department

Haha yep. Although Clefable makes a good alternative to Blissey, especially with Magic Guard
