    Very late responce, but yes,I have Syberia's Ditto. The person I am doing the BP for wants the Paras for Little Cup, and needs the thig to hatch knowing Agility and Spore, which can only be done using a Paras/Parasect as both of the parents, and the person wants it shiny, hence the need for the international parent.

    yes that roamer math question can be tricky indeed as I recall that for when doing the legendary birds in platinum.

    Ah, yea, when I first used it, it was pretty scary. After a bit though, mIRC became like anything else really - it's not too bad ^^
    That's good to hear then - if you're ever confused though, mIRC is a good place to go first before asking in PRNG here imo, simply because you usually get a quicker response (or at least it seems so).

    In any case, is the starter you're RNGing shiny as well?
    Erm, there are a few old members that are usually helpful if you ask them - WildEep (he's probably asleep by now), Mzenken, bearsfan, and Eiganjo are the main ones that assisted me when I have questions. They're friendly for the most part, but you'll see what I mean if you log on a bit, haha. Their times on varies though, this is a little late, but it's worth a try methinks ^^
    Ah, I see. Herm...interesting program then. What you can do if you can't find a guide is log on to mIRC and ask on #smogonwifi
    RadioSeed? Is there a reason why you have to use this? I thought you can just mentally advance the radio and keep track a rough track of it?
    Indeed - the dings do work better if they're working properly. It's just if you're visualizing it, updating pikatimer the first couple of times can narrow it down similarly to hearing the dings.

    I'm not sure how much it'll work for you, but I do hope so ^^ Haivng your delays swing like that must be so frustrating.
    Eww...that is a bummer on pikatimer. If the timer is just lagging on the sounds, can you just look at the countdown and visualize it solely instead of hearing the dings? It might help in your case and what I had to rely on when pikatimer was acting up for me :/

    Oh dear...I never stopped to think on how difficult this RNG is, haha. Roaming NPCs and no way to advance your frames. I hope you get it soon ^^
    Haha, if you like Piplup more, then definitely go for that. I was just rambling on with my thoughts, haha.

    And it seems that RNGing for them are different than normal. Are you solely relying on NPC movements to advance your frame? :O

    that's ok. good thing there's the enigma stone event and I have a save of my ROM to re-catch raikou, but still good to figure out anyways.

    Actually, we leave for Hawaii tmrw afternoon. lol :D My tournament(the LCQ) is on Friday, and my cousin's tournament is on Saturday. I play Saturday if I qualify. Sunday is for Top 8 play.

    One thing I have yet to try with regards to RNGing from Elite 4 in HG/SS is that Radio Seed program which I never was able to get to work to begin with. I'd be curious as to whether using the Radio Seed is consistent as opposed to when I enter the elite 4 immediately after my last intended elm call.
    Piplup? Lolz, Infernape is more popular...and seems to be loosely based off of the main character of one the greatest books of all time, haha. Well...my favorite starters for the 4th gen, haha.

    Anyways, I say this only because the most useful set on Empoleon is arguably agility set, which is an egg move if I recall correctly. Infernape isn't as strict on eggmoves imo...and I don't believe I've once used Torterra, haha. Anyways, it doesn't really matter which you RNG, since Modest Agility Empoleon is already a fully redis poke methinks, haha. Just the way I see things ^^

    I should use the 100%catch code - I'll use it along with the battle legends again code (I do hope it exists for HG/SS haha).

    And yeah...I can't refresh either or do anything for that matter aside from chat programs when I'm doing pikatimer. It doesn't take up that much memory either...so *shrugs* not sure why it lags like that...kinda suckish, haha. In any case...I'll have to capture some fodder pokes so I can clone, lol...cloning via HG/SS is so bleh compared to DPPt, haha.
