A PP Max held would be nice and moves PP Maxd but in no means Level him up at all.
yup i even ev checked it! i can level him up once just to and you can use ultimate calculator

No I don't want level 100 but max pp moves would be nice. The EVs on this are? 30 HP 32 Spe 100 Sp Atk?

I'm not sure where it is in Platinum, but if you give it a heart scale then I can just do it myself. What do you want for them? I can just give you something random from my thread, that's in my SS game...
All I need is a male Roserade, and they learn Weather Ball as a Heart Scale move. Nature and IVs don't matter. I also need any Qwilfish, its IVs and nature don't matter either. -
