I don't know; there's only one way to find out I guess.
I don't even know if I will have time to log in to Smogon. I don't leave the computer on when I don't use it for long periods unfortunately: I want to keep it in good condition. Okay, hopefully I'll be back during the break(s).
I got tired of waiting so I cancelled; I'll just stick to breeding for now. I'll wait until maybe a long break like Thanksgiving or Winter break until I try it again. Tomorrow is my last day of freedom so I'll use it to RNG again. By the way, you have 2 credits in my thread; you should spend them now because I probably won't be able to trade you anything during the school year.
I'll find a spread sometime tonight.

Year: 2010, Max Frame: 500, Min Delay: 486, Max Delay: 2000, Method K. IVs: 31/30/31/30/31/30, Timid Synch/Nature, non-shiny, and any ability.
It's still searching, but has not found anything yet -_-

Not really, but I know that only certain ID/SID combos can get only certain spreads, including shiny ones. Well, I guess I can't catch a shiny/non-shiny HP Fire Gastly then.
Okay, but the thing is, I'm stumped already. I've downloaded PokeRNG by Wichu, but it can't find a spread for a shiny/non-shiny HP Fire Gastly. Neither could RNG Reporter or JavaRNG.
I can't RNG without Pikatimer -_-
Nice, it's only a matter of time if you hit around it. Now I either will try capture RNG or breed for a calm Squirtle with HP Electric.

I only thought of it because I recently been there in the game (story line). I don't know of any other places though; I need to find a list of hatch locations for Johto.
I've RNGed a shiny, flawless Charmander and hatched it in the Dragon's Den. You can have a free copy if you want; I'll even give you semi-redis rights on it.
I've got the shiny egg already. Time to RNG for IVs. -
