and in emerald i found out that ditto transfer it ivs to the baby pokemon
like i breeded a houndour with the 31 iv in speed ditto and then the baby houndour also had 31 ivs in speed and timid nature

thanks, usually i run a rain dance double team but i wanted to try something new, everytime i went i got para, i was going for heatwave which would have taken out both meta and zapdos lol
