Use the frame not actual. Also, the spread can be produced on different frames so its ok.

I mean the stations on your pokegear. Go to it and go to the radio thats installed. Check the station names because each one advances certain amount of frames while others dont.
Yes would need to hit your seed again with the synch in your party. Also tell me what stations are on at your target time so we know what to use to advance your frame.

I dont think you can use the radio inside the cave -_- So youll have to stand outside the cave. Also just change the date. -
