Ok I believe the Ursaring has a 10 in Spec Defense if that effects you decision. All the other stats that matter (not SpA) are 31s.

It's really hard to find a Shiny Timid HP Fire Shaymin since it's an event Pokemon.
Also I should let you know that the Heatran's IVs are 23/x/31/30/27/31. Not perfect but it's pretty good for a Timid HP Grass Shiny Spread.
