Yes, Pandora's Box is another name for the ID Finder, and it is a part of the newer RNG Reporters.
Hmm, flawless Timid/Modest would work. That one is kind of overdone though. Maybe Naive/Hasty HP Ice/Grass? Or flawless Calm/Modest. There's not really any one spread that covers them all.
Yep, name your player during calibration what you want it to be. If you don't, it might take too much time to name him.

For this year it ended already though with only Worlds left. So I wouldn't bother for this year. It is interesting though and is a lot of fun. Pokemon Online is the simulator people use for practicing for the VGC. Be sure lurk the VGC forums as well, there will be some posts there when the rules for 2011 are revealed.

Great giveaway by the way, I love the idea of taking suggestions about what to RNG. Even if you didn't choose my suggestion I would recommend trying out the VGC Metagame anyways, its a lot of fun and unlike OU you can use originality and get far, but you need a lot of practice for it and the rules and metagame completely change every year which is always a plus, the metagame can not stay the same! You can even do what Skarm did this year and be one of the only if not the only Canadian to make it to Worlds if you play correctly although the regionals are in America they might add some to Canada eventually
