    Okay, then yes, I do. I just happened to have Syberia's Japanese Modest Ditto. It should have iv's. It might not seem like it's japanese because of the fact that it's nicknamed "Ditto" in english. But it really is japanese. If you want to ask to be sure. You can ask some of the players on this website. ^^
