Smogon has hammer arm listed for an impish and adamant nature.
Ok, getting back to you. Not sure if Bibarel can do this, but Slakoth can also give hammer arm, punishment and reversal to Miltank. I know they aren't all listed on Smogon's Dex, but this is for my own use and I want the extra egg moves. I may not use them all, but I'd like to test them at least.
l wanted curselax, but instead l just gave him rest and earthquake along with his giga impact and hoped for the best.
And it worked out. l didn't even start eving him yet!
Slakoth has few other moves that can pass to miltank.

Set your clock at 23:59, start game, wait until it reaches 24:00 / 00:00, talk with the person to see what swarm pokémon it is, if it isn't a Ralts, repeat that until it is.
Set your clock at 23:59, it doesn't have anything to do with dates, only time :)
I'm pretty sure you can change the swarm Pokémon by changing your DS clock D:
