I didn't actually check your thread yet, but do you know of anyone that has a Modest, HP Electric 70 Eevee/Vaporeon with Wish and Fake Tears?

The Suicune is Modest and flawless for HP Electric 70.
All of the info about the Eevee can be found in my thread. It's playable as Flaroeon or Vaporeon in Trick Room teams.
Both are UT, aside from Suicune having PokeRus. -
