Actually, after factoring in STAB, they do the same ammount of damage. H-Pump becomes 140 BP After STAB, and Psychic would do 140 power due to SE damage, so yeah, come to think of it, all I would be gainning is accuracy. There is still Roserade to hit with HP Psychic though.

EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Def / 4 Speed (this might change with playtesting)
Moveset:
-Icy Wind/Toxic Spikes
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power Psychic
-Rapid Spin

The ideal is to beat common Leads, and set up in their faces. Trick leads will be an issue, however, this thing (theorectically) should be able to beat all other common OU leads. Icy Wind is so you can beat Roserade if you are holding a Lum Berry, since it will be slower than you after the Icy Wind and HP Psychic is to finish the job. HP Psychic (I need to run a damage calc with Life Orb factored in on this one though to be sure) can also beat Machamp. Hydro Pump beats Infernape and Metagross, since you should be able to OHKO and 2HKO, respectively.

Something that cuts his weight in half. Metagross still receives the same damage from Low Kick and Grass Knot because he is too heavy.

Whats worse is that they gave Metagross a useless DW ability. :(
