  • Well, the age old "whatever your team needs" applies here, but I would go with Ice Beam. It gets good coverage with Waterfall, and you will often want to avoid locking yourself into Outrage, which would happen a lot if it is your only non-Water move.
The standard Mewtwo is actually CM/Break/Fire Blast/Aura Sphere

Mew probably won't use Psycho Shock much, but Latios/Latias could use it as a another way to smash Blissey in half.
Assuming you are talking about 5th gen, heck yeah it would. Yeah, being Psychic type sucks, but the ability to always OHKO Blissey, Ho-Oh, Reshiram, and Kyogre with LO and 1 CM boost is just waaaaay too good to pass up.

well, if you really want to pokesav that hard, you should get a cart like acekard or supercard to run NDS roms, from there download the pokesav version for the pokemon game version you will run, trade your pokes to the cart game and start pokesaving, when done, trade it back
Do you have a cart (r4, acekard, ttds, supercard, etc) that can run .nds games or you only have your original game?
The savfile is the full record of your game, it contains your name, your ID's, all of your pokes, your progress thus far etc etc etc, and the pokesav is a program that allows the edition of such file and it's contents, the most notorious edition is by each monster where you can edit its IV's, EV's, Nature, every aspect of it.
And is indeed higly popular, just to tell you, there is already a B/W version of it XD
Easier/faster process + card availabilty, and lack of knowledge to RNG when started battling competitively made me so.
Well if all went correct, you have at least hit the right delay correct?

Therefore you know the seed, and enter it into rng reporter. from there you get a ton of frames and spreads. Just look what the spread on the pokemon you caught is, and look in rng reporter on what frame that particular spread can be found.
