Doesn't matter bro. That team is SOLID. My team is based on the unexpected and surprise attacks but my whole strategy is based off of paralyzing and sleeping the opponent. Kind of makes it hard when you have two pokemon with natural cure. Completely botches my strategy to have Jolteon and Machamp sweep.

Now all there is to think on is what kind of spinner. Starmie perhaps? For extra power, it can be bulky, Gliscor helps it's counters, it helps against Gliscor's counters, depending on if you have Toxic Spikes, maybe Tentacruel.
I'm thinking maybe a spinner if you don't need him, but your team doesn't seem to have a major weakness towards any of the hazards, so maybe a wish passer like Vaporeon. Can wish stuff off, absorb water moves directed towards Gliscor (roserade and Empoleon I know, but it never hurts), and it can run protect/toxic along side Gliscor.
Has he been useful? Steel never hurts and two bulky steels seem scary.
