Hey the only way to advance the frame when RNGing for IVs is to call Elm right? Calling Joey won't work, that's only when your RNGing for Shiny/Nature/Ability/Gender correct? I'm going for a frame of 29 and I don't mind calling Elm 25 times but if I can call Joey to make it a bit quicker that would be way better :P

Lol thanks for the info I won't open it now so I know I have it in my inbox. And hell ya man. HGSS has SOME decent places like Dragon's den but ugh...not a whole lot to pick from. At least I know I can just RNG on HG and trade over to my platinum :) is there any list of hatch locations? I'm thinking about making a detailed one. Like all the places with NAMES. It could be helpful :P
It's weird though. Because I kept getting 14 or 16 seconds! I did the same method, but without that delay. I don't know, really. So can you pick him up today?

Well way back before, I did this and that's all. Worked with 11 seconds/600 delay and went fine from there.
I thought that was it. Is there another step to it? or did I do that step already, lol.
Wow... thank you. I think I missed one crucial part: the delays. You gave me that number, and now I'm hitting 11 seconds. Yay! (That was the old seconds I used to use)
Difference now is that my delays are 2-4 points lower than usual. (594-596) -
