If your encore bellsprout is a male I'd consider it, otherwise possibly one of the eevees with a certain hidden power.

Trading sav files is not illegal so long as the pokemon used for trading on them are as legit as nintendo expects them to be.

Well thanks for ruining my business and not hurting him at all. I was working on some very nice emerald pokemon and I always accept CMTs even when they dont have anything I care about. Eppie's not going to be hurt by this at all because he doesn't even trade. Semi-redis would've been enough to get these pokemon around to people who want them, heck even you giving them away for free would've been fine, but do you have to make them fully and do giveaways with them?
