The problem with the CCAT is that it takes an absurdly long time to finish due to the massive amount of commentors and therefore there are many options. Anyways, the other reason I said "No", is that you don't have a good posting history on Smogon so there's some doubt about me letting you do this.
But i digress. I will discuss with Theorymon about this. That is, if you're posting this in the Uber subforum, since that is what you said in your VMs with Lee. If we approve of this, you must show us a good opening post.
