If the game giving you constant odd/ then update the delay by 1.
If it giving you odd and even, well...you just have to bear with it :(

A timer like emloop, pikatimer or zomgtimer, yes.
By multiple seeds you mean when you put the trainer id in paradora box and got more than one, then yes your are suppose to get more than one. There all may the same id but not the same sid. You just have to be sure then you hit your time correctly, in this case 14 and whatever the delay was with the id for 14 seconds is the delay you hit.
As for your reset time, its when the first timer reach 0
