well if your only off by 1 delay then just keep trying and you'll eventually get it. i use pikatimer so idk? >.< i should give zomb's timer a shot but too lazy to download and see the differences

I believe you have to go far enough to scroll. Alternatively you could just change your year. increasing the year by 1 decreases the delay by one.

Okay, I can trade you a timid one right now, if you are available to trade.

Each different Frame of the same PID, Seed, and the info of your desired iv set and nature has an encounter slot number. You have to put 100, 200, or 10000 in the max results on your rng reporter so you can see a list of different frames with the same info of your desired iv set and nature that you're targeting. After the list of different frames appear on the reporter, right click on each different frame, and you'll see a pop-up (or whatever you call) that you show you the numbers of the encounter slots of the pokemon in the wild.

You can also click on the name of the pokemon game you're using to rng abuse on the Pop-up so you can look at the list of pokemon in each different areas and locations that they can be found with the encounter slot numbers beside them.

You mean you'd like help on how to use PokeRNG? If you didn't abuse for your ID/SID, chances are your shiny spreads are not that good. That said, the next part is totally up to you:

1) Pick what IV range you want your capture to have. Since you didn't abuse for your ID/SID don't pick all 30/31 since chances are you won't find it. Be a bit open to your IV range, ie I'd pick 25 in all stats for example and then try to narrow it down.

To do this open PokeRNG:
Nature: Leave Blank and hit enter
Hidden power: Leave blank and hit enter
Search for Exact IV: N
On all subsequent stats, you can put 25 or whatever number you like. The number you input is the smallest number PokeRNG searches for. So if youput 25 in, it wll search for 25,26,27,28,29,30,and 31.

Open up the spreadsheet and enjoy, lol.

I've mostly done breeding. You should no from the lv1 things you've got from me. =)
I find that easier because I don't have to worry about encounter slots. I did it once for a flawless ditto, that's it. Had to hit a delay of like 2078.
