    hmm...what version of VBA are you using? I'm using 1.8.0-beta3, if there are any later versions that might be the problem...even when I do all of those things the max is still 150%.

    You can in control panel -> system -> general tab (in XP)

    or control panel -> system and maintenance -> system -> view amount of ram and processor speed (in vista)

    If you could tell me it'd help a lot.
    If you have some knowledge about it (and I'm sure you do) I'd love to know. Thanks. I'm off for now but if you could help that'd be greatly appreciated.

    Also wondering - since you're able to run VBA at 1100%, what's the RAM of your computer? (If that's something personal or I'm not allowed to ask it or whatever then let me know, I don't know everything IT related about computers...lol)

    Oooooooh, well I was under the assumption that wasn't allowed lol. Well that's good then, regardless though I think I'll try and catch me an actual Japaness Mew and some other Pokes as well. Japanese Characters look pro =P

    Ah I confused myself when I read that. So they:

    Use a US ROM to catch the Mew and then just load the US save onto a Jap Rom to 'convert' the mew?

    I ended up just doing what you said but with the starter :P. Thanks again I got my SID now. So basically when I get to the point of RNGing Mew I'll have to check it by catching it on the Japanese game and then using the USA game with the JAp save to check it correct?
    I'm abusing my ID/SID right now :(

    My computer only runs it at 140% (lol), though I'm pretty sure my sister's XP laptop can run it at 330%-ish (still need to test it)

    This may be a stupid question...but would these shiny spreads in emerald be of any use to you?

    Jolly 31/31/31/x/31/31 frame 658467363 (~127 days in at 1x speed)
    Bold 31/31/31/x/31/31 frame 3156310319 (~608 days in at 1x speed)

    IIRC those are the only flawless ones I have. Just asking whether or not you would be able to use them (though they would have my OT...so yeah, probably not lol)

    Also, do you think I should do some pokes myself with this spread?

    I'm pretty sure it's the only decent spread I have at the lowest possible frame, since my computer is pretty slow lol.
