    There are no codes, AFAIK. Just soft reset for good IVs. XD Pokemon with good IVs are hard to come by.
    I looked it up and it appears that only the shadow Togepi in the game learns Tri-Attack and only when you purify it. So good luck!
    I don't actually know how it learns Tri-attack since I haven't played XD, but if you do manage to get a Tri-Attack Togepi with good IVs, I'll pay very well for it. :)
