Remember that Ambipoms will likely ALWAYS Taunt right after the Fake Out. All they want to do it prevent hazards from setting up, even if it costs a good portion of their health. So with that Earthquake from Donphan, it's mostly dead, especially when you got the Stealth Rock later on.

Milotic got no action it seems. I don't know if it's because it wasn't needed or you need a better suited Pokemon, but yeah. Too bad the other Water-types would be in the same boat too (because Azumarill/Feraligatr are pure Water, so is Blastoise... and Kabutops/Omastar would increase your Fighting weakness). Maybe it's fine as is. You could even run Timid 252 Spe/252 SpA offensive Milotic and see how it goes instead.
