From what I see, only the first timer changes with the calibrated delay.
Yeah, I saw that the "minutes before" was acting up. Forgot to mention that too. I'm surprised that no one has caught those issues yet.
For calibration of 0, I hit 58 seconds with a target of 59, and with a calibration of -392, I hit 52 seconds. Target delay is 3923, and both times I hit a delay around 3525.
Well, I'm on Windows too. And it does change the calibration box.
Both the timer with Emerald support and without are doing the same thing.
I'm having a little bit of trouble with your timer. 5th gen C-Gear seeds in particular. I'm trying to calibrate my delay. However, when I input the delay I got and start again, I find that the delay has not changed. Just the seconds. What's going on? :(
Is it normal not to be able to hit delays below 1900 in B/W?

You don't happen to know of any programs that can find C-Gear seeds, do you? Besides this one Japanese program that Kaphotics linked me and the RNG reporter.
I don't do Emerald RNG yet, but I would like it to come with instructions for offline use. That was the only noticeable thing Pikatimer had over it, as I don't have internet at home so I was not able to correctly use it without seeing instructions.

What do I have to do to download it? Like, what are the steps?
Yeah. I'll see what happens when I do that with the AR, and then I'll check without it. If it isn't those things I'll be doing trial and error for a while. -.- Why these things happen to me i don't know. Lol I seem to have really bad luck with RNGing stuff.
Hmm. Interesting. I just trying hitting my seed again, and put a +-20 delays, and +-1 second. I'm not sure why I'm not getting anything. My date is set as yesterdays, target delay is 649, Dsi is set to a minute before. Ever since I tried setting up my AR for B&W it says "External Code cannot be found, Using internal list instead". I'm not sure if that would mess with anything or not.
Okay ^-^ That makes sense. So do you know if the non-C-gear seed RNG is cracked? (of course I'm trying til the English versions come out, cause I'll really confuse myself with Japanese xD)
Oh, I just set it to 6, and it beeped 7 times... Is that what is supposed to happen? And that'd be cool cause I recently got an emerald cart ^-^
