EDIT: Your doing this on a real cart or emulator? You can always use a save state and wait a few seconds to catch a different one with a correct nature+ability. Annoying, yes. But it worked out for me.
I'm testing it out on Kyurem. Then Churine, but it's going to be so hard with all the NPCs around.

sync wasn't supposed to be in 1.1, i don't think, until the very end. i'd wager you have some fucked up beta version. also, considering how sync works, it is supposed to alternate yes and no like that.
