I think it should because whenever I let them move for a certain amount of time, a different Pokemon appears, but how do I explain... the same Pokemon and nature of it appears. Maybe it has nothing to do with it, but I'll try. I'll tell you if it works. Thanks!
Okay. I have a savestate with me hitting the C-Gear without advancing the frame. So I advance the frame till I get my desired IVs. Then I do all that but how do I advance the PID RNG? I let the NPCs do that? Also how do I know what PID I hit?

Awesome shiny you got! How did you get it? I'm also trying to use the PIDRNG but how do I implement that into RNG reporter? (How do I use it?) I'm using an emulator, as I see that it's better off there.
