    I dont think many people have this caprure spread. I doubt there are any better. I value her pokemon immensly, evwn though she likes to nickname her pokemon awesome funny names.

    Why do you require HP Spreads for Adamant Pokes?
    The only HP 70 Spread from the list is Zapdos.
    But I believe I have others more.
