Does it not come up for you in RNG reporter? The way I found it in PokeRNG is to do a search for any nature, 500-3000 delay, 0/0/0/0/0/0 exact IVs.

I used PokeRNG. I just pulled up the seed in RNG reporter again, looks fine to me. By the way, Frame 118 is a fine encounter slot for Ditto. It's Slot 4 and Dittos are 2-5 on Route 47.
